Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Solicitation # 512-18-1-098-0022 GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Maquet Ventilators Service Contract Scope of Work: The vendor will provide all of the parts and services included in the MCare Gold Agreement for 19 Maquet Servo-i ventilators and mini compressors. The vendor will supply the Baltimore VAMC Biomedical Engineering department with detailed service reports of any maintenance, to include preventive maintenance and unscheduled service. The service shall be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm unless mutually agreed to by the vendor and the Baltimore VA Medical Center s Biomedical Engineering staff. The contractor shall report to Biomedical Engineering in room 5B183 when he arrives on-site.
