- Addendum to Eval Criteria Combined Synopsis & Solicitation Scope of Work Solicitation The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for; Infrared (IR) Aerial Census for white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) population of the reservation at West Point, NY. The period of performance is from 01 January 2018 through 30 July 2018. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541370 - Surveying and Mapping Services, size standard is 15.0 Mil and FSC/PSC of F008. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: www.fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Solicitations must be submitted via email to Ignacio J. Cordova, ignacio.j.cordova2.civ@mail.mil, on or before the close of the solicitation, January 8, 2018, at 12:00PM, Eastern Time. In order to be considered, potential offerors shall adhere to both Evaluation Addendum to 52.212-2, and Statement of Work requirements.
