- Coast Guard Base Miami Beach, Procurement and Contracting Department intends to award a supply contract for security cameras under unusual and compelling reasons, hence the security cameras is critical to the mission. The propose contract action is for security cameras for which the Government intends to award to Scope LTD Corp 2890 W. State Road 84, Fort Lauderdale FL 33312 under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 under Unusual and compelling urgency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
