- FA4661-18-Q-0010 Procurement of Office/Break Room and Restroom Trailers Set-aside: 100% Total Small Business Delivery and all work shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 Equipment Maintenance Squadron 933 Avenue B, Building 8130 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 Delivery: 30 Days after award for delivery and installation All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 7 December 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 8 December 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Deadline for receipt of offers: 18 December 2017, 2:00 P.M (CST) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
