- SOW Single Source Justification The Carrot Search tool allows for both automated and guided text mining, analysis, and visualization of unstructured document fields, free text, and similar documents. The proposed work involves enhancements to this existing search framework, specifically relating to accuracy and performance improvements to label and document clustering. This project is to support the Internal Grants Management system modernization initiative, which is approved by the Enterprise Architecture Working Group (EAWG). This product will also support the Research.gov, FastLane modernization initiatives. The period of performance will be December 31, 2017 - June 30, 2019. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only
