- The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the Applicant evaluation process information. Originally the solicitation stated the applicant must provide proof of citizenship and valid and not expired driver's license during Phase IV- Interview. This Amendment serves to move that obligation to Phase III- Driving and Abilities Test. Applicant's will be required to show proof of citizenship and a valid not expired driver's license at Phase III-Driving and Abilities Test to be provided the test. Also, a revision was done to page 5 related to the award determination. Please see track changes on the attachment labeled "RFP-ADF-FOP-18-0005 (AMD 1)" for complete details.. All other aspects of this solicitation remain unchanged.
