- J and A The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to CQ-Roll Call, Inc., 625 Eye Street, NW., Suite 200, Washington, D.C. 20006, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. f or the annual renewal subscription. CQ-Roll Call, Inc. provides the USITC with exclusive coverage of all Congressional activities including: bill text, Committee Reports, testimonies, floor votes, schedules, news and custom alert service. The anticipated period of performance is a base year and two option years (36 months) beginning January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020, if the government determines to exercise the option years. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Myra Lay, Contracting Officer, at myra.lay@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
