- Description
- Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for the requirement to rehabilitate sewer pipelines by installing Fold and Form Pipeliners (FFP) and a Cure in Place Pipe (CIPP) liner. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to perform all work necessary to: 1) Provide a continuous and tight fitting liner throughout the entire length of the original pipe. 2) Flush and clean sanitary sewer pipelines, as required to remove debris and blockages. 3) Provide CCTV video inspection of existing conditions for all sanitary sewer pipes. Submit CCTV video inspection for Government review and approval. 4) Provide new manholes as described on the plans. 5) Rehabilitate sanitary sewer pipelines by installing FFP and CIPP liner. 6) Submit CCTV video inspection of the new CIIP for all sanitary sewer pipelines. The general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work, plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances and material and performance in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and subject terms and conditions of each task order and the main contract. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The magnitude of this work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 180 calendar days. The contractor awarded a contract shall comply and ensure all sub-contractors comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to environment matters. The Invitation for Bid is expected to be issued on or around 29 December 2017 with an anticipated bid opending date of 29 January 2018.
