- Enclosure Two - Aerial Lift Bucket Truck Enclosure One - Digger Derrick Truck Technical Specifications Combined Synopsis The U.S. Army Prime Power School (USAPPS) requires equipment for the training yard, operations and maintenance and to instruct the Soldiers in the Power Line Distribution Course (PLDC) at the USAPPS, Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. This requirement is for leasing of a Digger Derrick Truck, Aerial Lift Bucket Truck, and any required maintenance for all vehicles as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The technical specifications are outlined in the attached enclosures.
