- DoD Petroleum DoD Building Code Aboveground Storage Tank Statement of Work Request For Information The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron (766 SCONS) is conducting market research to determine feasibility for a potential requirement. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued to obtain knowledge and information for acquisition and project planning purposes. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or price quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from industry vendors regarding their interest and capabilities to replace located at Bellow Air Force Station, Waimanalo, Hawaii. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. In addition, the Government will not accept unsolicited proposals. The information provided is entirely voluntary and will not impact the ability to compete on future requirements.
