- Notice to Industry 12 December 2017 1. This letter is FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY to update offerors regarding solicitation No. FA7000-17-R-0012, pertaining to the USAFA CE BMS requirement. a. A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted on 18 September 2017 and an update to industry was posted 15 November 2017 notifying offerors of requirements changes that were to be incorporated into the Performance Work Statement and the Final RFP. b. 10 CONS has been working to incorporate feedback from industry and make minor changes to the Final RFP documents to reflect the information detailed in the 15 November 2017 notice. c. The RFP documents are in the final stages of review and will be ready to release to industry before the end of December 2017. However, due to the upcoming federal holidays, 10 CONS has decided to delay release of the RFP until after the holidays. The tentative release date is now 3 January 2018. d. Additionally, a pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 - 18 January 2018. Details will be included in the final RFP. e. The Final RFP will be posted to www.fbo.gov. 2. DO NOT SUBMIT comments at this time. 3. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. 4.
