Size 24 1/4"x19 1/4". Color: Buff 9. 7510-01-545-3763 : 2018 Wall Calendar 3-month at a glance. Hole punched for posting on wall calendar boards. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name or equal requirement and a compatible item will be accepted. Please note ALL SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/FEATURES MUST BE MET for all 10 calendar types. The stock number must be provided in the response. Per 52.219.6, this is a total small business set-aside. All questions must be submitted NLT Thursday 12/14/2017 at 1:00PM EST. All quotes are due NLT Friday 12/15/2017 at 10:00AM EST. Please view the additional solicitation documentation attached to this RFQ. Award shall be made using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process in order to determine the best value to the Government. Offers will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability in order based on their total evaluated price and only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated until it is determined the lowest priced offer does not meet Technical Acceptability criteria; at that point, the next lowest priced offer will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified. If no proposal is technically acceptable upon evaluation of initial proposals or if the Government determines them necessary, the Government reserves the right to enter into discussions.
