- The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about December 9, 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for Nursing Home services for beneficiaries of the John D. Dingell, VAMC, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. NAICS Code 623110, size standard $27.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 and VAAR 873. The Contractor shall provide skilled nursing home services for veterans and must be located in one of the following counties: Wayne, Oakland, St. Clair and/or Macomb Counties. The period of performance is Five, one (1) year ordering periods, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
