GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: Tupelo Delineated Area: North: I-22 from Coley Rd to the Natchez Trace Parkway. North on the Natchez Trace Parkway to Barnes Crossing Road. Barnes Crossing Road from Natchez Trace Parkway to Hwy 45. East: Hwy 45 from Barnes Crossing Rd to S Eason Blvd. South: S Eason Blvd to Cliff Gookin Pkwy to Coley Rd. West: Coley Rd from Cliff Gookin Pkwy to I-22. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,814 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,814 Space Type: Office Surface Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • Space should not be located within close proximity to railroad tracks or heavily congested freeways. • Elevator service is required for space above ground level. • All space should be contiguous on one floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
