- Notice of MICC Pre-Solicitation Meeting for Fort Leavenworth Lodging 10:00 am 20 December 2017 at the Frontier Conference Club, 350 Biddle Blvd, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. This pre-solicitation notice is for all potential hotel vendors who want to participate in Fort Leavenworth's hotel contracts. Fort Leavenworth intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for the provision of hotel rooms for multiple students attending class at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The Pre-Solicitation Meeting will be held on December 20, 2017 at 10:00 at the Frontier Conference Club, 350 Biddle Blvd, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. We will be presenting the overview of the program while addressing the following topics: Occupancy, Amenities, Distance, Furniture, Service Requirements, and the current timeline. Those who plan on attending need to contact Marilee Drennan at marilee.e.drennan.civ@mail.mil or 913-684-1630. Any visitors to Fort Leavenworth require that you process through the Visitor Control Center with valid ID, car registration, and car insurance. Please ensure you leave ample time to obtain a pass vefore entering the installation.
