(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C256-18-Q-0165 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. (iv) This requirement is being issued as a Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and small business size standard is 1000 employees (v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Contractor that can provide and configure an Delsa Max Pro Particle Size Analyze for the Veterinary Medical Unit at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS). Please reference the Statement of work and the Price Schedule full requirement details and pricing submission Quotes are due on December 15, 2017, 10:00 a.m., Central local time.   Solicitation is set aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).
