- RFI HSHQDC-18-RFI-RAS The purpose of this RFI is to ascertain available sources to acquire seven (7) Full Monte Schedule Risk Analysis Software licenses and seven (7) Schedule Inspector Software licenses with the capability to perform schedule risk analysis. Maintenance will also be required for all 14 licenses during the Base and subsequent three one-year options. Additionally, maintenance for six (6) additional licenses (including three (3) Full Monte Schedule Risk Analysis Software licenses and three (3) Schedule Inspector Software licenses), beginning September 17, 2018 through March 31, 2019, as well as during each one-year Option Year exercised.
