- UTA Transit Passes - Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole-source purchase order to Utah Transit Authority for public transit EcoPasses, subject to the availability of funding. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 485111, with a size standard of $15M gross annual receipts or lower. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 12/20/2017. Please note that is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 12/20/2017 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
