Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Iowa City, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority FAR 6.302-3 with Bruce Alexander for the period of __10/1/2017____ to ___9/30/2021___ for Research Services in support of Dr. Lund s project (IIR 14-073), related to the design of novel data systems, clinical data extraction, development of front-end interfaces, creation of unique analytical data files, pharma-cotherapy and pharma-coepidemiology for the Iowa City Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing these services to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at gary.rogers4@va.gov or fax 319-358-6430. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
