- Directions Agenda Trends ACC-APG SOURCE SELECTION SYMPOSIUM 2017 Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC- APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host a Source Selection Symposium on 14 December 2017 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The purpose of the symposium is to provide our Industry partners with ACC APG's observed Government and Industry source selection trends and solicit our Industry partners' observed Government and Industry source selection trends; to support greater transparency, communication and collaboratively explore potential source selection process enhancements at ACC APG (IAW DoD Source Selection Procedures). The following information is being furnished and requested to encourage productive and meaningful symposium discussions: 1. Please read attached ACC APG observed source selection trends related to the following areas: a. Market Research b. Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) c. Request for Proposal (RFP) d. Conducting the Evaluations e. Debriefings 2. Please provide Industry observed source selection trends on attached MS Excel file, provide responses to attached Government questions and provide any other source selection topic questions requesting to be addressed at symposium. Please note that all Industry questions or recommendations will be considered; some requests may or may not be available or immediately available for implementation. All symposium questions and answers will be subsequently posted with a FedBizOpps update. 3. The consolidated source selection trends, answers to Industry questions and potential Government process enhancement considerations will be shared at the symposium 4. The symposium is not program specific and Industry questions and recommendations will not be attributed to companies. 5. The two (2) hour agenda will be provided at the symposium. 6. Please RSVP and send requested information to the S3CoE email address: usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.acc-apg-s3coe@mail.mil no later than 7 November 2017 ( the first 450 Industry partners that RSVP will be registered and accepted ). ***VENUE CHANGE NOTIFICATION AND SYMPOSIUM DOCUMENTS*** BE ADVISED THAT OUR VENUE HAS CHANGED FROM THE MYER AUDITORIUM TO THE MALLETTE HALL AUDITORIUM, 6008 JAYHAWK ROAD APG, MD.
