- Synopsis posted 12-6-17 MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department, has a requirement for support services to provide musician services (piano or organ or keyboard) in support of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Chapel Mass services and other religious events. St. Francis Xavier Catholic Chapel is located aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two 12 month option periods. The base period of performance will be from 21 December 2017 through 20 December 2018. The Government will solicit (M6700118Q0010) and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13, Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Award will be issued as a firm-fixed price purchase order. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 711130 Musical Groups and Artists, which has a small business size standard of 11.0 million dollars in annual receipts. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, effective 06 November17 and DFARS Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, effective 22 December 2016. The solicitation (No. M6700118Q0010) will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available for download via the electronic data interchange at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. All responsible business may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, https://www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
