- NSN: 1377-01-520-9738 Quantity: 641 EA Delivery: FOB Origin. Delivery Schedule: 365 DADC Except as modified or amplified in RFP this item contains class C explosives. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is unrestricted. This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight 5.73 LBS, Explosive Class 1.3. Production lot testing, first article testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply. Note: Certain computer programs may be required to view the solicitation and/or submit electronic offers. Do not send requests for the solicitation to the buyer. The solicitation will be available after 12/21/2017. This is an electronically formatted solicitation, available at https://www.fbo.gov. A technical data package will be available for viewing on the web. All responsible sources may submit an offer that, if received in a timely manner, will be considered. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
