- The United States Air Force through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB 73145 is contemplating the remanufacture/overhaul of B-1 Hydraulic Servovalve & Servocylinder. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish remanufacture. The work encompasses the disassembly cleaning, inspection, maintenance re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions required to return the item to a like-new condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. A firm fixed price fixed quantity type contract is contemplated. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per Purchase Requests FD2030-18-00576 & FD2030-18-00580 as follows: Written response is required. Item 0001: Remanufacture of Hydraulic Servovalve NSN: 1650-01-192-0675 P/N L5872600-022; Applicable to B-1 aircraft for a quantity of 7 each. Item 0002: Remanufacture of Servocylinder NSN: 1650-01-183-5252 P/N L5872600-021; Applicable to B-1 aircraft for a quantity of 7 each. Item 0003: Data (Not Separately Priced) Item 0004: Over and Above RMC: R1/C Function: Hydraulic Servovalve provides precise movement of a flight control surface. Dimensions: 6" L x 16" W x 6" H and weighs 13.5 lbs. Material: Aluminum, Steel, and Rubber. Servocylinder provides precise movement and placement of an aircraft flight control surface. Dimensions: 17" L x 16" W x 6" H and weighs 13.5 lbs. Material: Aluminum, Steel, and Rubber. Delivery: 7 each 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) and reparable units. Delivery is anticipated 19 February 2018. Early delivery is acceptable. Ship To: Shipping instructions will be provided by the Production Management Specialist (PMS) prior to any shipments of serviceable assets. Duration of Contract Period: 2 Months Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. Award will be based on meeting our requirements and cannot be delayed pending qualification of additional sources. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from approve sources.
