Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Indiana intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Indiana is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. Majority of the edge colors will be OCP type camouflage pattern but with black v neck, black waistband, black trim, and black numbering. The lettering will be solid black. Majority of the body color will be white with OCP camouflage type pattern sides as shown on next page. Jersey shorts will have a full color stacked National Guard logo on the front left leg as shown, and a color Indiana Torch flag on the left side, and a full color American flag on the RIGHT side as shown in the pictures. (American flag will appear backward as shown in the picture on the right side, like flags are worn on right side of military uniforms.) Jersey top will have an American flag on front right side of jersey as shown, and Indiana torch flag on left side above the heart as shown. The words INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD will be above each number as shown on the front of the jersey, and GO GUARD on the back as shown. Jerseys will have complete sets numbering 1-50 for a total of (20) sets (500 tops/500 bottoms) (Black trim may be altered slightly but uniforms MUST stay in compliance with the IHSAA (Indiana High School Athletic Association) current regulations. NO "GRAY MARKET USED ITEMS" ALL JERSEYS MUST BE 1.
