- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION; NOT A SOLICITATION. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE NO QUESTIONS OF A TECHNICAL OR CONTRACTUAL NATURE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ANSWERED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This solicitation is anticipated to issue as a Request for Proposal (RFP) resulting in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Request for Proposal is anticipated to be issued on November 21, 2018. The estimated value of this work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Proposals received in response to this solicitation shall be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 Best Value. NAICS CODE is 562910. Approximate Period of Performance: Work shall be completed before 04/10/2018. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to removal of all drywall from the walls and ceiling, removal of all vinyl tile flooring and mastic and removal of any kitchen or bathroom fixtures or cabinetry in apartments 2-11 C and 2-11 D in Dinosaur National Monument, Colorado.
