- Description
- Current Collective Bargaining Agreement (date Dec 13, 2013) Amendment #1, update to the site visit and attachment A10. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Lakehurst, JB MDL, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A and B of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Service Summary, in order to meet this requirement. Cleaning frequencies are established in Appendix A, Air Force Custodial Common Output Level Standards and facility cleaning levels and estimated square footages are established in Appendix B, Estimated Square Footages and Cleaning Level. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. This is a commercial acquisition. This notice is a request for proposal and is issued as a 8(a) Set-aside under the Standard Industrial Classification code S201, NAICS code 561720 and the related small business size standard $18 million. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced requirements contract. The proposed performance period is a base period from 1 Year from date of Contract Award and four (4) one-year option periods. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 4 Dec 2017. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Government Point of Entry (GPE website) at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the GPE website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 87 CONS. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for Janitorial services for Lakehurst at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NJ. A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on 13 Dec 2017 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
