- Redacted J&A SPE4A018R0002 for DLA Direct PR 0071374294 per CRM ticket 8005581435 is a stand-alone procurement covering NSN 1560014499563 for quantity of 1 (one) each assigned to satisfy current NMCS IPG1 UFO for aircraft tail number 168223. This item has an AMC/AMSC code of 3Q; AAC = Z; is a Critical Application Item. This item is procured in accordance with Lockheed Martin CAGE 98897 part number 370019-3.Mission Impact Statement of 10/20/2017: "Subject material is a critical need for squadron repair to an AOG R091127288GT33 for aircraft 168223. Lack of the part will result in LINE STOPPAGE". The procurement is IAW Other Than Full and Open Competition/unrestricted for Unusual and Compelling Urgency at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), FAR 5.202(a(2), 6.302-2 and FAR 15. Lockheed Martin proposal IAW BOA SPE4A1-13-G-0007. A Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract on or around 11/09/2017 the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
