- **NOTICE** Point of Contact SrA Jacob Silbaugh will be taking over as the primary point of contact for the project. He can be reached at 575-784-4872 or jacob.silbaugh@us.af.mil. Please send all communications through him while continuing to CC SSgt Matter, and SrA Rosario. Questions and Answers A site visit was held on 6 December. Contractors in attendance were asked to submit their questions in writing to the above POCs. Any questions regarding Phase 1 Capabilities should be submitted no later than 1600 MST on 8 December in order for them to be answered prior to the Phase 1 close date of 18 December. Any questions regarding Phase 2 will be spelled out in a separate communication at that time.
