- DRO Wave 4 Solicitation Bidding Instructions for Emptoris Website You are being invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) DRO Wave 4 Solicitation #150-14-18 for the following sites/regions: Champaign, IL - 2 regions Lansing, MI - 2 regions Wichita, KS - 3 regions White River Junction, VT - 2 regions The DRO Wave 4 solicitation is currently posted on Emptoris with a starting date of December 6, 2017 and closing date of January 12, 2017 by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. There will be two (2) pre-proposal conferences held on December 13, 2017 and December 14, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in which you may attend one or both days to address your questions. You must be registered in Emptoris to participate in this Dynamic Routing Solicitation (DRO) for surface transportation services. If you are registered, you will be sent an invite to participate in this event. This solicitation will be issued through the Postal Service's E-sourcing system, Emptoris, so any interested parties MUST register using the following URL: h ttps:// uspsprod.emptoris.com. Please send an email to esourcing@usps.gov regarding issues registering or logging on to Emptori s. NOTE : Pre-proposal Conference(s) are scheduled for December 13 and 14, 2017 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm, EST. Suppliers may attend one or both.
