- The Portland District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Bonneville Lock and Dam Spilway Rock Removal in Skamania County, Washington and Multnomah County, Oregon. The anticipated scope includes a requirement for removal of loose rock between the flow deflectors and the baffle blocks between the Bays 2, 15, 16, and 17 of the Bonneville Spillway and incidental related work. Work is to be completed no later than March 23, 2018. The solicitation is to be made available for download in December 2017 with bids due approximately 30 days after advertise. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $27.5 million.
