- Solicitation_BAH-0001-12-6-2017_DFBA_Relocation_Services This requirement is for logistical and move relocation services for the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA) located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. There are multiple delivery location sites for this project. Please reference the Statement of Work for further details. This solicitation uses commercial item procedures. See below for further details. PROCUREMENT PARTICULARS Set-aside: This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 484210 - Used Household and Office Goods Moving Offerors must have this NAICS code in their online Representations and Certification via www.SAM.gov. System for Award Management (SAM): All offerors must have active registration via www.SAM.gov. Type of Contract: The GSA intends to establish a firm fixed-price Purchase Order using Commercial Item procedures. Anticipated Start Date: Early – Mid January 2018 Period of Performance: 90 calendar days Electronic Proposal Submission: Your proposal must be submitted on your company letterhead and must be signed and dated.
