- Solicitation for IDIQ MATOC Design Build NAF Construction Marine Corps Community Service (MCCS) is seeking an anticipated six (6) contractors to be awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Design Build Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) Contract. This will be a Base year plus four option year contract. The Design Build Contractors selected under this solicitation shall have the capacity and capability to perform the task orders issued under this contract and perfrom design-build contracts in all fifty states, commonwealths and teritories of the United States of America, for design-build projects for the follwing types of NAF-Type projects, which include, but are not limited to: 1. Auto Skills Shops 2. Bowling Centers 3. Clubs 4. Courts and Sports Fields 5. Exchanges 6. Golf Courses 7. Golf Club houses 8. Golf maintenence Facilities 9. Indoor/Outdoor Recreation 10. Lodges 11. Marinas 12. Swimming Pools 13. Aquatic Centers 14. Travel Camps (RV Parks) The minimum amount of each individual Task Order issued on this MATOC IDIQ will be $2,000 and the maximum award amount will not exceed $5,000,000. A curent SAM Registration is required for this contract and for all future Task Ordes placed against this contract. WWW.SAM.GOV This is a NON-Appropriated Funds contract. The end date for this solicitation is 5 January, 2018 at 1700, offers shall be submitted through mail, and will not be accepted after this deadline. Any questions regarding this contract shall be submitted by e-mail to the Contracting Officer and will not be accepted after 25 December, 2017 at 1700.
