- IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION Response Date and Time for Proposal Submission has been added to FEDBIZOPS. IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION NOTE: The PICS II RFP number NIHOD2017127 is hereby amended by this notice. When Searching or Referencing the PICS II RFP, Use RFP number NIHOD201800001. ________________________________________________________________________ The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO), through this procurement intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract(s) for acquiring a wide range of communication support services for the NIH and other HHS Agencies. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary services, qualified personnel, and facilities needed to perform the Statement of Work (SOW). Through this procurement, the PICSII contract will provide customers with an improved response and equitable and reasonable rates through the use of task orders.
