- DLA Land & Maritime presolicitation notice for: NSN 6130-01-074-0616, Power Supply, Manufacturer: Rantec Power Systems Inc., CAGE 60132, PN: M213-10E. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS on or about 12/18/2017. Inspection and acceptance as well as FOB are at origin. Delivery is to be made within 155 days after date of award. Delivery and transportation information will be supplied with the solicitation. NAICS is 335312, Business Size 1250. Anticipated award date is 02/28/2018. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in the solicitation for the described supplies. This item is being procured in accordance with a source control drawing. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. This solicitation contains Procurement Note L09 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Contracting Officer may utilize RA as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract decision will be based upon a combination of price, proposed delivery and past performance as described in the solicitation.
