- Amendment 0010 is to postpone the Proposal due date for Phase Two until further notice. Please see attached Amend 0010, to POSTPONE the due date for the subject Solicitation until further Notice. If there are any questions or concerns please contact ONLY the Contracting Officer (either AJ Brown or Lakisha Vance )or me (Alicia Moore) and we will do our best to reconcile any issues and all your concerns. It is inappropriate to speak to anyone other than whom I have identified above during the solicitation phase of this acquisition. This limited communication maintains the integrity of the Acquisition, if you have been contacted by anyone other than whom I have identified please inform me as soon as possible and I will make sure the Contracting Officers are aware.
