- Additional Instructions to Offerors: The FTE compliment is total of 21. However, at the power house, there are numerous individuals working at various times fulfilling contracts, TVA Federal employees, etc. At times there may be 50 or more additional people working within the power plant at any given time. These folks will be using the facilities, etc. Additionally, there are individuals entering and meeting in the project office so if just looking at FTE there may be anomalies. The project office is in town and is easily accessible.
