- SYNOPSIS: Medtronic Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.207. This proposed action is for the procurement of spinal implant surgical supplies. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This proposed procurement will be a sole source award under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. Business size standard for NAICS 339113 is 750 employees. PSC/FSC code: 6515 Medical and Surgical Instrument, Equipment, and Supplies Delivery Schedule: 06 December 2017 Delivery Destination: Medical Materiel Bldg 830 Area A 4881 Sugar Maple Dr. Wright Patterson AFB, OH 45433 Requirement: (2) 977A260 - LEAD 5mm COMPACT 1X8 MRI (1) 97725 - PRGRMR EXTERNAL NEURO STIMULATOR RS2 (1) 97715 - INS RS2 MRI (1) 97755 - PRGRMR RECHARGE THERAPY MANAGER RS2 (1) 97754 - INSR KIT SCS WITH MRI UPDATE The proposed source is Medtronic USA Inc., 710 Medtronic Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55432-5603 The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical Capability and Price will be used to evaluate all offers.
