- This is a time sensitive request. The AMIC requests your input for a Contractor Close Air Support (CCAS) acquisition. The overall scope of this effort would be for contractor(s) to operate, maintain tactically-relevant aircraft, and perform tactically-relevant CAS sorties in support of Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training. We request your input to the Questions in Attachment 1 No Later Than 0900 EST on 11 December 2017 to ACCAMIC.DRX.AdversaryAir@us.af.mil. At this time, we are not requesting comments or inputs on the requirement. If the AMIC continues this acquisition you will be given an opportunity to respond at a later date. Questions 1-6 are important to assist us in guiding this potential acquisition. Questions 7 - 21 are helpful as well, however at this time we do not require detailed responses and would appreciate succint answers. Please see attached documents.
