- PWS- Att A SPS PWS- main doc Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is supporting Program Executive Office for Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (PM-TN), and Product Manager Network Modernization (PdM-NM) with their potential 10 year requirement for the production and sustainment of tactical Troposcatter Transmission Systems (TROPO). ACC-APG will be posting draft versions of various documents/UCF-sections of the potential solicitation/draft Request for Proposal (dRFP), as well potentially posting other pre-solicitation information. The purpose is to engage industry for increased awareness and potential comments/suggestions prior to actually soliciting proposals. ACC-APG invites any and all business, academic, and governmental organizations to provide comments/suggestions. Please be aware that this is not an official RFP and no solicitation is available at this time. Anything and everything related to this potential solicitation is subject to change. Please do not submit a proposal based on any draft postings as they are only intended for industry awareness and potential feedback. Any and all input related to these draft documents shall be directed to the ACC-APG POC JoAnn M. Mazza, Contract Specialist with CC to Aaron H. Kazi Sr., Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO).
