- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate a task order with Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation Herndon, VA 20171, on a sole source basis for integration and incorporation of the Type 3 Encryption Upgrade Bulletin into the Multi-Role Tactical Common Data Link (MR-TCDL) B-kit for the E6-B Aircraft. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
