- UPDATED 12/1/17: A duplicate RFI has been created in SPAWAR's E-Commerce Central portal as a "Markey Survey". This is due to technical issues. The original RFI was created as a "Special Notice" and the portal does not enable acceptance of responses (aka RFI submissions) under a "Special Notice". As such, a duplicate RFI had to be created as a "Market Survey". Please submit your RFI responses under the "Market Survey" announcement entitled "Request for Information (RFI) -- Navy Commercial Cloud Services". The due date remains unchanged. RFI submissions are due no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on 7 December 2017. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Navys Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), is conducting market research by means of releasing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for industry comment. This RFI seeks input regarding: Industrys general comments on the PWS; Industrys capability to perform the PWS requirements (including perceived risks); Industrys ability to adhere to the Governments accelerated acquisition timeline; and The Governments tentative acquisition strategy (e.g., of whether to utilize the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to issue a single award BPA or IDIQ contract).
