CORRECTED RFQ- PLEASE USE THIS ONE; THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Recliners, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0142 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Patients need to be able to have full control of their positioning and comfort. The Infusion/Chemotherapy Recliner must have the following: Durable easy to clean material (Grey in color) A 500 pound weight capacity (eliminates the need for multiple models) Bilateral swing arms for barrier free patient transfer Bilateral side tables/trays Heat and massage Bilateral controls Foot rest Locking mechanism 3 position recline Push handle on back for maneuverability *Delivery must be completed no later than December 15, 2017.
