- RFI Submission Guidelines for Lodging in Kind requirement in San Antonio Performance Work Statement for Lodging in Kind requirement in San Antonio The 4th Brigade (BDE), 94th Division (DIV) has a need for lodging accommodations for United States Army Reserve soldiers assigned to the HHC, 4th Brigade and DET 1, 10/95th BN. The lodging accommodation service is essential to retain soldiers in the organizations herein as per guidance and directives from the US Army Reserve. The 4th BDE, 94th DIV FS was created to enhance the US Army capabilities to train Active and Reserve medical soldier in support of the War efforts and other contingency operations. The 4th Brigade and subordinate Battalions consist of soldiers with the medical and professional skills necessary to the conduct of the organizations mission. Lodging has been afforded as a recruitment and retention incentive of qualitative skilled solders residing outside 50 miles radius which otherwise would not have joined the organization due to be a financial disadvantage; salary compensation is lesser than the cost of lodging, fuel cost, air fare, etc. **All capability statements shall be submitted in writing to medin.boljevic.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday 06 December 2017. **If you have any questions please submit them in writing to medin.boljevic.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST on Monday 04 December 2017.
