- A Commercial Solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), including a base term of two (2) years and three (3) one-year options. NSN for this solicitation is 4140-01-159-4462. The Annual Demand Quantity is 90 each. All deliveries are to be FOB Origin to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be Unrestricted (Small Business set-asides do NOT apply). The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER December 18, 2017. Copies of the RFP/Solicitation can be obtained by accessing: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the top menu bar.
