- Attachments for Gantry Machine Solicitation for Gantry Machine DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure one (1) Gantry Milling Machine with delivery of 540 days ARO. This is a DOA2 rated item. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-18-R-0002 is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. A complete technical package, DLA-A-VIBB-17-20-5000, to include foundation, installation, training, tooling, IUID Tags, OSHA Certification, rotary table, laser hardening system, post processor training, robotic tool changer, measuring equipment, technical data and shipping, is attached to the Solicitation. The delivery location is Defense Logistics Agency - Aviation, Maintenance Depot Mechanicsburg, PA. The estimated release date of the Solicitation will be on or about December 01, 2017. Site visit is scheduled to provide potential contractors the opportunity to the view the installation location. All visitors must contact MacLean Lunko no less than five (5) business days before scheduled date of site visit.
