- The Robins AFB municipal well water treatment requires the additive Soda Ash to adjust the pH for drinkable water. The contractor actor shall provide seven (7) Shipments/Truckloads of Soda Ash (not to exceed 7 Shipments/Truckloads within 365 days) via tractor trailer on an as needed basis. Each Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous shipment/truckload shall be 30 pallets of 1,6020 50lb bags (No light, Grade 100%, MUST be NSF Grade, Dense, and Sealed upon delivery). The Contractor shall deliver a shipment/truckload on an as needed basis initiated by Robins Air Force Base for a period of performance of 365 days after award. The contractor shall deliver within 10 days of notification.
