- A typical SOW for a Groceries Contract The Groceries Contracts awarded in FY17 for Missouri divided up by area. It shows the Area, Amount awarded, and the number of quotes per contract. This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the government to any contract award. See attached grocery list sample. The attached sample inventory list is for information purposes only and is subject to change. The solicitation number for this announcement is W912NS-18-T-1500. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub Zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, and woman owned small business. This is a sources sought to determine the availability of potential vendors. The USPFO Contracting Office for the Missouri National Guard is soliciting Capability Statement and Past Performance information from qualified and interested contractors to participate in a requirement for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) or Purchase Orders (PO) for the USPFO-Missouri National Guard for subsistence food and supplies as needed for drill weekends and annual training. The BPAs/POs are anticipated to be a period not to exceed five years from date of contract award. There is a possibility multiple agreements may be made in response to this sources sought notification. This BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) or Purchase Order shall cover the delivery of groceries to the locations specified on each delivery order. Prospective Vendors must be registered in the SAM.GOV Database, lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM registration can be obtained via internet at http://www.sam.gov. The North American Industries Clssification System (NAICS) Code is 311991, Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Business Size Standard is $500. Attached to this Sources Sought is a document stating the contracts awarded in FY17 divided up by area. The attached does not include all the Government Purchase Card (Credit card) purchases under $5,000.00. if the award is under $25,000.00 and there is an established BPA, payment will be using Government Purchase Card. All those over $25,000.00 will be a purchase Order and payment will be through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) NET30. Also see attached as a typical Statement of Work (SOW). please note that there is sometimes multipile delivery dates due to lack of unit storage. In accordance with 52.204-7, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov.
