- Amendment 0010: The purpose of this amendment is to cancel solicitation W91YTZ-16-R-0035 dated 8 June 2016 in its entirety. A. In accordance with FAR 15.206(a), "When either before or after receipt of proposals, the Government changes its requirements or terms and conditions, the contracting officer shall amend the solicitation." B. The Government has substantially changed its requirements to include Army, Air Force, and Navy in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Strategic Sourcing Initiative. As a result, this Solicitation is cancelled in its entirety.
