- N00024-17-R-4438 Amendment 0004 N00024-17-R-4438 conformed The solicitation has been updated in Amendment 0004, to include items below: Section B: Moves Work Item (WI) 997-11-001 from CLIN 0001 to new CLIN0036 and adds 4 new CLINs 0032 - 0036. Section C: Updates expected completion of availability. Sections E and F: Adds new CLINs 0032 - 0036 Inspection/Acceptance and Delivery Information and revises the delivery date for all CLINs to 25 MAY 2019. Section I: Updates clause 52.217-7 to incorporate new CLINs 0032 - 0036. Section J: Revises Attachments S-2, J-1, J-3, and J-4 to incorporate Addendum #1 and revised CLIN structure. Section L: Extends the question submission date to 15 DEC 2017, estimated award date to 30 MAR 2018, proposal due date to 16 JAN 2018, adds additional ship check dates, and provides instructions for dry dock facilities.
