- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Northern Hills Ranger District Office, Lawrence County, Spearfish, SD The office contains approximately 14,300 square feet of floor area. Approximately 13,200 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1,100 square feet are tile or linoleum. Sweeping of sidewalks, patio and rear step areas totaling approximately 2000 sf. will be required. Areas include entryways, sidewalks, rear patio, steps, and an approach area 10 feet long and 5 feet in width in front of each of the steps. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through December 31, 2018. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
